A: That is entirely up to you! Our teams visit facilities weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. The duration of your visit depends on your pet partner. Generally, visits can run 1-1 ½ hours.
Q: I'm interested in a facility. How can I tell if it will be a safe environment for my dog?
A: Contact the facility and schedule a visit to tour the facility without your dog. Take notes about the floor - can you dog walk without slipping and sliding, where you can you take your dog on a potty break? Where is the restroom is for you? Also notice the overall ambiance - is it loud and hectic with a lot of people moving around or fairly quiet? Is there equipment or machinery you have to watch out for, so that those don't run over your dog's paws?
Q: Can I take photos during my visits?A: Photos are permitted at most facilities. If you have a photo that you would like shared on our website or Facebook page and it has any face clearly displayed, you’ll need to have them sign our photo waiver. You can print out the photo waiver HERE (link to photo waiver document). If any individuals in the photo can be cropped or blurred out.
